Privacy policy

Salesmigo is a business sales workflow application operated by Accellsoft LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Salesmigo.

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile image when provided. Google may also provide authentication tokens, expiration details, and the permissions granted to Salesmigo.

We store a Salesmigo user identifier and session records to keep you signed in. Authentication cookies support sign-in and session security. Salesmigo does not receive your Google password and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar.

If you contact us, we receive the information in your message. Our infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and errors to deliver and secure the service.

We use account information to create and identify your account, display your profile, manage access to your workspace, provide support, investigate errors, and protect Salesmigo from misuse.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Google provides sign-in, Vercel hosts the application, Neon provides the PostgreSQL database, and Google Workspace processes support email. These providers process information needed to operate their services.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or protect the service. We do not give other Salesmigo users access to your authentication tokens.

We use encrypted connections and access controls designed to protect personal information. No service can guarantee complete security.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, they use contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers.

We retain account information while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing fikri@accellsoft.com from the address associated with your account. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Signing out deletes the current session but does not delete your account. You may also revoke Salesmigo through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete information already held by Salesmigo.

Deleted information may remain in protected backups or security logs for up to 90 days, or longer when retention is required by law.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You may also complain to the privacy or data protection authority in your jurisdiction. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Salesmigo is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as Salesmigo changes. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will provide appropriate notice and seek consent when required.
